I’ve had issues in the past with muscle soreness after my workouts so I wanted to try this to see if it helps. It definitely helps. I feel way better recovery in the gym now along with more energy throughout the day and my body / mind just feels much healthier. Great flavor and results so I’ll definitely be buying it again

I'm old now so I decided that maybe I should start taking a multivitamin so I gave these a shot and ooooo man they are awesome!! I feel a lot better and they have a fantastic taste. Glad I started taking a multivitamin!! Good product
