However, due to the nature of our products and for quality control and safety reasons, we have a strict no refund policy.

Reasons for No Refunds:

  • Product Integrity: Supplements, once shipped and received, can be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and handling conditions outside of our control. This can compromise the product's quality and safety.
  • Hygiene and Safety: To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements.
  • Potential for Tampering: We must protect against the potential for product tampering, which could pose a risk to other customers.
  • Inventory Management: Due to the perishable nature of some ingredients, returned products cannot be resold, leading to significant waste.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will then, at our discretion, provide a replacement product. 


  • Incorrect Product Shipped: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and for the incorrect product to be returned.
