🥤 HOW TO USE
Tiger’s Blood: Mix 2 rounded scoops into 8–12 ounces of cold water 30–45 minutes before training for the full serving (or 1 scoop for a tamer experience). Do not exceed 2 scoops daily.
Blue Razz: Mix 1 rounded scoop into 8–12 ounces of cold water 30–45 minutes before training for the full serving. Do not exceed 1 scoop daily.
Do not use both flavors on the same day.
